This Privacy Policy explains how PX Digital Solutions LLC ("PX Digital", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the Pexpy platform, our websites, apps and related services (the "Service").

1. Who we are

  • For account, billing and website data, PX Digital is the controller.
  • For personal data that our customers store in their workspaces (for example their own customers' contact details), our customer is the controller and PX Digital acts as a processor on their instructions. If your data is in a customer's workspace, please contact that business first.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, company, role, password (stored hashed) and preferences.
  • Billing data: billing name and address, tax identifiers and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Customer Data: contacts, deals, invoices, tickets, messages, files and other content you add to the Service.
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, and approximate location derived from the IP address.

3. How we use data

  • to provide, maintain, secure and support the Service;
  • to create and manage accounts, process payments and send service messages;
  • to improve the Service and develop new features, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible;
  • to prevent fraud and abuse and to enforce our Terms;
  • to send product news and marketing where the law allows; you can opt out at any time;
  • to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of a contract, our legitimate interests (security, improvement, support), your consent (for example optional cookies and some marketing) and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI features

When you use AI features, the relevant content is sent to our AI service providers only to produce the result you asked for. We do not allow these providers to use Customer Data to train their general models.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share data only:

  • with service providers that host, process, secure, analyse or support the Service for us, under written contracts that protect the data;
  • with integrations you choose to connect;
  • if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of PX Digital, our customers or others;
  • in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Where data is stored

Our primary servers are located in the European Union. Some service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After an account is closed, Customer Data can be exported for 30 days and is then deleted or anonymised within 90 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example invoices) for legal or tax reasons.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, strict separation between customer workspaces, audit logs and backups. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: you have the right to know, to delete, to correct and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
